**RULES FOR GARDENERS** ·

 

Speed limit is 25 MPH ·

 

Delivery of landscaping materials or initiation of mowing, edging or use of blowers shall not take place prior to 6:30 AM ·

 

Work must take place during the hours of 6:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday through Saturday. Gardeners will not be allowed through the gates after 5:30 PM, Monday through Saturday. Gardeners will not be allowed through the gates on Sundays and the following holidays:

 

          New Years Day                 Memorial Day           4th of July

          Labor Day                        Thanksgiving           Christmas ·

 

Grass clippings only may be dumped in common areas. Clippings are not to be placed on the firebreak but in the pasture area. Clippings must be spread to prevent fermentation. Cattle will not eat the grass if it ferments. ·

 

DUMPING ON ADJACENT LOTS IS NOT ALLOWED ·

 

Shrub and tree clippings are not to be dumped in common areas ·

 

Parking in front of mailboxes or fire hydrants is not allowed ·

 

Radio noise must be kept to a minimum so as not to disturb residents ·

 

Streets and gutters must be cleaned of grass clippings, dirt and debris when job is completed ·

 

Homeowner must supply names of gardeners, and their workers, to the guard gate ·

 

Warnings will given to gardeners for violations of the rules, violation notices will be given to homeowner after second warning ·
