Admittance Access Rules |
Admittance to Badger Hill Estates shall be according to the following rules and regulations:
PROPERTY OWNERS
Admittance shall be allowed to:
a. Any property owner or member of their immediate family,
b. Authorization for visitor admittance to the hill must: 1. Be directly from owner to guard (notes of authorization will not be excepted from visitors),
2. Have prior authorization by being listed on property owners’ guest list, c. Contractor’s and/or property owners must submit a list of all workers to the gate,
d. It is the responsibility of the property owners to notify the gate of those persons they wish to be admitted to the hill, e.g. family, friends, salespersons, workers. e. Property owner must submit a guest list to the gate when having a party. PROSPECTIVE BUYERS
Admittance shall be allowed to:
a. All real estate personnel with proper identification during the following hours – 6:30 AM to 10:00 PM Summer, 6:30 AM to 8:00 PM Winter,
b. Prospective buyers may be admitted when they: 1. Are with licensed real estate personnel, or
3. Open house visitors – open houses shall be conducted on the second and fourth SUNDAY of the month during the hours of 1:00 – 5:00 PM,2. Have prior authorization from property owner, OTHERS
Permanent workers and public officials that are performing service for Badger Hill may be admitted with proper identification, e.g., in uniform, marked vehicles:Post person Newspaper Delivery Sanitation Maintenance Sheriff’s Department Utility Companies California Highway Patrol County Inspectors Marshall MISCELLANEOUS
A) Everybody, other than residents, must be logged in and out. The following should be provided on the
log sheet:
1. Name
B) Entrance and exit gates are to be locked open Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM2. Company name or name of contractor 3. Vehicle description 4. Destination 5. Time entering and exiting Association grounds C) Entrance and exit gates are to remain closed on weekends.
