CURBS AND GUTTERS
Please clean (or have your gardener clean) the weeds, leaves and debris from the curb and gutter in front of your home. This will keep the street drains from plugging up when it begins to rain this year.
DRAINAGE SWALES
Homeowners check your drainage swales along your property lines and across the firebreak for proper operation. The swale may need to be repaired and/or cleaned out prior to the rainy season.
WASTE MANAGEMENT
Trash disposal and yard waste pick up for Badger Hill is Monday. Cans should be placed street side for pickup, be three (3) feet apart for easier pickup and removed from the street within twenty four (24) hours after pickup.
Recycling pickup is every other Monday. A notice will be placed in the guard house window reminding you about recycling day.
Contact Waste Management (800-792-2677) if you have any questions regarding the pickup days.

HILL SPEED LIMIT
The speed limit on the hill is 25 MPH!
Traffic is being monitored from the intersection of Valley View Drive and High Sierra Drive coming down the hill due to reports of excessive speed in this area.
Slow down and stay on the correct side of the road for your safety, your neighbors' safety, the safety of the children on the hill and the safety of hill maintenance staff working on the sides of the road.
Thank you for your cooperation with this issue!!!
GATE AREA
Please be respectful and courteous to the guards on duty.
Also, please do not engage in lengthy conversations with the guard on duty. If you have to give the guard instructions for visitors, workers, etc., check your rearview mirror occasionally to make sure you are not holding up traffic in the area.
PETS
WHEN WALKING YOUR PET - REMEMBER TO CLEANUP AFTER THEM! IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY!!!

ATTENTION!!!
Alternate day landscape irrigation went into effect April 1, 2014, and the schedule remains in effect.
House numbers ending with an even number irrigate on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
House numbers ending in an odd number irrigate on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday.
Irrigation systems are to be off on Mondays.
Check, or have your gardener check, your sprinklers for proper alignment and operation.
