LOCATION Badger Hill Estates is a gated community located East of Visalia off of Highway 198.   SCHOOLS Our neighborhood is zoned for Exeter School System or Sequoia Union School.   MISSION STATEMENT The mission of the Badger Hill Association Board is to enhance the quality of life of residents of the Hill by promoting a friendly, helpful and neighborly climate that ensures the safety and security of residents and association assets while maintaining property values, and a financially stable, esthetically pleasing, and environmentally sound community.
